Do I have to pay in full upfront?
Yes, we require full payment upfront before we dive into your project. This helps us get started on creating something amazing for you!
What if I change my mind? Can I get a refund?
We get it, sometimes things change! But after six (6) business days, we have a strict no-refund policy. Thanks for understanding!
How many revisions are included with my project?
Each project includes three (3) revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $40 USD (or JMD equivalent) each.
When can I reach you?
We're here for you! We respond to emails within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Weekends and holidays are our time to recharge.
Are calls recorded during the project?
Yes. All Zoom calls are recorded for documentation and quality purposes. By working with Grafix JA, you consent to this.
Can I get rush services?
Absolutely! We offer rush services for an additional fee. Just keep in mind, revisions might extend the overall timeline a bit.
What if my project gets canceled?
If your project gets canceled due to a breach of policy or unprofessional behavior, unfortunately, no refunds will be issued. Let's keep things smooth and professional!
Do you post all your work on social media?
Yes, we showcase client work on our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless an NDA is signed prior to project start.
What happens if I don’t respond to project-related emails?
No response after 15 business days = a 20% “ghost fee.”
Projects inactive for 30 business days will be closed without refund.
How long does it take to receive a draft?
Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days. Custom packages may vary depending on project scope.
Can I request a pause on my project?
Yes. Projects can be paused for up to 30 days, but requests may be denied if they significantly disrupt workflow.
