
Policy Agreement
This Policies Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for all design services provided by Grafix JA. By booking our services and paying your deposit, you (the Client) agree to the following:
By proceeding with payment and booking, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the policies outlined above. These terms ensure clarity, protect both parties, and allow Grafix JA to provide the best possible service.
Scope of Work & Changes
All deliverables are clearly defined in the project agreement. Any changes to the approved scope must be submitted in writing. Additional fees and/or timeline extensions may apply.
Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start all projects.

The balance is due before the release of final files.

Late or missed payments may delay delivery.
Revisions

Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions.

Additional revisions or major redesigns will incur extra charges
Deadlines & Communication
Timelines depend on the client providing all required content, approvals, and feedback promptly.

If the client is unresponsive for 10 business days, the project may be delayed or closed.
File Delivery

Final files will be delivered in JPEG, PNG, and/or PDF format.

Editable source files (AI, PSD, etc.) are only provided if included in the package or purchased separately.
Usage Rights

Upon full payment, the client owns rights to the final approved designs.

Grafix JA retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing.
Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.

If a project is canceled after work has started, the deposit will be retained, and additional work completed may be billed.

Projects inactive for 30 days without communication will be considered closed.
Project Proposals & Approvals
Grafix JA will provide a detailed proposal with scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work will begin only after the proposal is approved and the required deposit is received.
